Job summary

Rivian seeks a Project Manager, Supplier Operations & Compliance to serve as the operational cornerstone for supplier performance, compliance, process design and systems enablement. Located on-site at our Normal, IL facility, you will own end-to-end frameworks ensuring trained, compliant suppliers aligned with Rivian standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Performance, Logistics, or Procure-to-Pay.
• On-site work at Normal, IL manufacturing plant, 5 days/week.
• Experience with SAP and supplier portals/EDI; familiarity with receiving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier compliance and scorecard framework; manage chargeback and corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs and guidelines for supplier-facing requirements.
• Drive in-transit resolution to prevent dock bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead onboarding and training programs; build a centralized training library; run webinars.
