Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to keep the warehouse organized, ensure proper loading/unloading, and support shipping and receiving with safe material handling practices.

You will work 1st shift on a Sun-Wed 5:00am-3:30pm schedule, with hourly pay of $22–$23 and eligibility for attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus an Employee Ownership Program as part of our workforce rewards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF scanners.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, walkies, RF scanners).
• Pull and stage parts for production; complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and purchased items for shipment.
• Maintain safety policies and perform duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
