You will lead a team of material handlers, train new staff, operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and ensure compliance with safety policies while supporting production and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Associate degree (2-year) or minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required PIV certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not offered.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Material Handlers to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Train and onboard new team members on procedures and safety requirements.
• Safely operate forklifts, PIVs, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to urgent material requests from supervisors and production personnel.
• Collaborate with planners and departments to locate missing materials and resolve discrepancies.
