Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Material Handler II for 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on material movement, safety, and quality with 3:30 pm–11:30 pm hours and a $20.00 hourly rate plus $1 shift differential.

Eligible for a variable incentive program; salary is a general guideline based on skills and market conditions. You will work with a team across warehouse and logistics, performing tasks in various areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Eaton will not sponsor work visas for this position.
• Geographic limitation: within 50 miles of work location; active-duty military exempt.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage materials safely and efficiently using forklifts.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Verify deliveries and inspect materials for damage.
• Perform inventory transactions in the MRP system and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Load/unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves; dispose of non-metal scrap.
