Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler Team Lead for 2nd shift to manage a team, oversee material flow, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. The role requires forklift/PIV operation and strong safety compliance.

You’ll train staff, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement within the warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have a background in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain PIV certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain PIV certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Material Handlers to ensure safe, accurate flow of materials.
• Train and onboard new team members on procedures and safety requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with planners to resolve material delivery discrepancies.
• Provide coverage across SCM material-handling functions as needed.
