Job summary

The Toro Company (Exmark) Beatrice, NE is seeking a Material Handler Lead for 1st/2nd shift to oversee receiving, storage, and movement of parts and finished goods. You will work with inventory control to validate movements and drive continuous improvements in PFEP processes.

You will train and mentor material handlers, ensure PPE and safety rules are followed, and help maintain clean, organized work areas while meeting safety, quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must follow standard work and procedures.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead others.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and move parts and finished goods.
• Collaborate with inventory control to validate movements.
• Provide hands-on training for new material handlers.
• Maintain inventory locations and PFEP efforts.
• Operate material-handling equipment and perform pre-use inspections.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.
• Support staffing coverage as needed.
