• Maintain safe, clean work environment and participate in 5S initiatives.
• Coach and train new material handlers; ensure ongoing training is current.
• Collaborate with inventory control to address missing product and process improvements.
• Coordinate PFEP efforts with the operations team and manage material movement coverage.
• Perform ongoing equipment checks and report needed repairs; assist with loading/unloading materials.
• Monitor quality checks on parts and ensure safety, cost, and productivity goals are met.
