Job summary

Hillphoenix is seeking a Water Strider Team Lead to keep production moving by ensuring materials are delivered to the right place at the right time and minimizing downtime across the assembly line.

You will lead a team on the shop floor, optimize material flow with Just-In-Time routes, and drive Lean improvements while maintaining a safe, organized workspace with proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Optimize material flow with Just-In-Time routes and timelines.
• Manage material scanning processes to ensure inventory accuracy at the point of use.
• Interpret work orders, requisitions, BOMs to identify required parts and tools.
• Promote Lean initiatives and lead continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
