Job summary

Dover Corp seeks a Water Strider Team Lead to drive material flow and production continuity on the shop floor. You will optimize JIT routes, lead Lean initiatives, and collaborate with operations to clear roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery of components.

You will also manage inventory accuracy, interpret BOMs and work orders, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while coaching a high-performance team.

• Validate material inventory on the production line to support daily requirements.
• Interpret work orders, requisitions, and BOMs to identify required parts and tools.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement within the team.
