Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex equipment across the DC/MD market. You’ll work on RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, chiller plants, and VFDs, leading critical service calls and mentoring junior techs.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with extensive system knowledge.
• Proven mentoring and development of HVAC technicians in the field.
• Experience starting up and commissioning replacement equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, VRF, boilers, pumps, and chillers.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as a technical resource for peers.
• Manage preventative maintenance across assigned customer accounts.
• Mentor junior technicians and develop troubleshooting skills.
• Create clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Identify retrofit opportunities and provide value-driven solutions.

Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician$52 to $60/hr plus overtime | Take-home vanWe're looking for experienced Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support customers throughout the DC/MD market.If you're the type of technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of your accounts, and would rather diagnose the issue than swap parts and move on, you'll fit right in.
