Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist Trainer to standardize training across Broward locations. The role focuses on coaching, developing therapists, and maintaining consistent service quality while remaining connected to the treatment room.

The position offers leadership opportunities, travel to Fort Myers quarterly, and a strong emphasis on coaching, documentation, and cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida Massage Therapist license.
• 2+ years of professional Massage Therapy experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or team leader preferred.
• Strong understanding of Massage Therapy protocols, service standards, and professional boundaries.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on new-hire Massage Therapist training across Broward locations.
• Deliver a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience.
• Reinforce protocols, service standards, professionalism, and guest experience expectations.
• Observe techniques and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assess therapist readiness before transitioning into the treatment room.
• Communicate training progress to Spa Directors and leadership.
• Provide coaching to existing Massage Therapists as needed.
