Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist Trainer to develop skilled therapists across Broward locations and standardize onboarding experiences. You will lead hands-on training, reinforce protocols, and ensure guest satisfaction with consistent service standards.

You will assess readiness, coach teams, and report progress to Spa Directors while maintaining training documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license.
• 2+ years of professional massage experience.
• Experience as trainer or team leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage protocols and professional boundaries.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to give feedback with encouragement and accountability.
• Independent, dependable, and motivated to help others succeed.
• Willingness to travel between Broward locations and Fort Myers quarterly.

• Serve as a trusted training resource for therapists and spa leadership.
• Maintain appropriate training documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain regular treatment-room availability as part of your Massage Therapist schedule.
• Travel to Fort Myers quarterly to support training consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Current and active Florida Massage Therapist license
• 2+ years of professional Massage Therapy experience preferred
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or team leader preferred
• Strong understanding of Massage Therapy protocols, service standards, and professional boundaries
• Excellent communication, coaching, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to provide feedback while balancing encouragement and accountability
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for helping other Massage Therapists grow and succeed

Schedule & Travel Requirements

• Monday–Friday availability as needed for training
• Treatment-room availability on either Saturday or Sunday
• Ability to travel between all Broward Hand & Stone locations
• Quarterly travel to our Fort Myers location
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour + compensation per service discussed during interview
