Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Strong clinical massage skills with a client-first approach.
• Leadership, mentoring, training, or coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for developing others and elevating massage therapy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of licensed massage therapists.
