Job summary

North Shore Masonry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee larger residential and commercial masonry restoration projects in Chicago. This in‑person role leads field operations, coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules and budgets to ensure on‑time delivery with quality craftsmanship.

You will serve as the operational leader on assigned projects, ensuring safety and adherence to company standards throughout pre‑construction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Masonry restoration experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing larger or multi‑phase projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Communicate project updates clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Complete job documentation and reporting.
