Job summary

North Shore Masonry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee larger residential and commercial masonry restoration projects in Chicago. This in‑person role leads field operations, coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules and budgets to ensure on‑time delivery with quality craftsmanship.

You will serve as the operational leader on assigned projects, ensuring safety and adherence to company standards throughout pre‑construction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Masonry restoration experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing larger or multi‑phase projects.

About the Role

This is an in‑person leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre‑construction through completion. While estimating experience is valued, this role is primarily execution‑focused -- ensuring field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets stay aligned.
