Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Concrete/Masonry Restoration team in downtown Chicago. You will oversee multiple projects, from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors and coordinating with vendors while tracking equipment and materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience, with specific experience in concrete restoration. Strong organization and budget diligence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the Concrete/Masonry Restoration division.
• Lead projects from initiation to close, including subcontractor hiring and vendor coordination.
• Track inventory of equipment and materials and manage budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits and apply project management methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
