Powers & Sons Construction in the Indianapolis area seeks a Masonry Project Manager to lead new masonry and restoration work. You will oversee masonry crews, coordinate with field teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety on projects from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Masonry experience with knowledge of materials, installation methods, sequencing, and productivity.
• Experience in managing projects in both new construction and restoration contexts.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, coordinate field operations and suppliers, and manage schedules and costs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to maintain accurate records and use project-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Manage masonry projects from planning through closeout, reviewing drawings and contracts and establishing schedules.
• Coordinate masonry crews with superintendents, foremen, and project teams and adjust resources as conditions change.
• Handle material purchasing, supplier coordination, and deliveries to keep crews productive.
• Own project budgets, track job costs, billing, and change orders, and forecast costs to complete.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners, coordinate RFIs and submittals, and report progress.
• Uphold safety requirements and masonry quality standards, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Complete punch lists, final billing, and closeout documentation, keeping leadership informed of risks.
