Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Planner, Marketplaces - TikTok Shop to lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across our social commerce channels.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Digital Marketplace teams to translate growth strategies and launches into actionable forecasts and financial plans. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning, OTB, demand planning, or digital commerce experience.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, ecommerce, or omnichannel preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and social commerce.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the TikTok Shop demand forecast with inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Digital Marketplace teams.
• Lead account planning for TikTok Shop and convert strategies into forecasts.
• Develop financial plans and assess risks and trade-offs.
• Monitor sell-through, traffic, POS, and promotions to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare executive reports and recommendations for leadership.
