Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Planner to lead forecasting and inventory for Amazon. You will partner with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Planning to deliver growth and optimize inventory while aligning with financial targets.

You will translate trends into actionable plans, influence key decisions, and build seasonal/monthly financial account plans. This role offers exposure to Crocs' dynamic digital marketplace and growth channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain related field.
• At least 2+ years of buyer/planner/analyst experience in consumer goods (retail/wholesale).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecast, account plan, and inventory strategy for Amazon.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and inventory efficiency.
• Develop and communicate forecasts and performance analyses to leadership.
