Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to own forecasting for its digital marketplace channels and align regional distribution with inventory and service levels.

You will partner with Marketplace, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams to reflect channel priorities and capacity constraints. The role requires 3–5 years in demand or supply planning, strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to translate demand into regional execution across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning or similar function.
• Experience with marketplace or digital channels preferred.
• Strong forecasting, replenishment and inventory positioning knowledge.
• Ability to translate demand plans to regional inventory placement and execution.
• Advanced Excel and planning-tool proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and demand-planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting for digital marketplace channels and translate trends into actionable plans.
• Support regional distribution strategies aligning forecasts to inventory and fulfillment capacity.
• Collaborate with Marketplace, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams to align priorities.
• Monitor forecast performance, sell-through, in-stock levels, and inventory health; propose actions.
• Execute allocation processes to maintain in-stock levels.
• Develop SKU- and size-level demand insights for inventory placement and replenishment.
• Prepare forecast updates and business insights for cross-functional reviews.
• Use planning systems and Excel models to improve visibility into forecast accuracy and inventory needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting tools and reporting for DTC and digital marketplace expansion.
