Launch Watersports is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Great Falls service team. You will drive technician performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction while managing workflow, parts, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of service management or comparable leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of diagnostic and repair operations.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and maintain accountability.
• Experience managing service schedules, technician productivity, and repair workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Comfortable using dealership management software and business technology.
