Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing the P&L for a marine/service department.
• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Several years of experience managing service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the service department’s P&L and drive targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage marine service technicians for performance and safety.
• Improve estimating, scheduling, pricing, parts coordination, and workflow.
• Inspect vessels, prepare accurate labor and parts estimates, and ensure quality work.
• Develop plans to recruit, onboard, and retain key technicians.
