Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service operations with 2+ years in supervision.
• Marine industry experience preferred; related industries considered.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
• OEM certifications (e.g., Yamaha, Mercury, Volvo Penta) preferred.
• Valid driver's license; boating license as applicable by state.
• Proficient with Dealer Management Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of service technicians, writers and staff.
• Prepare detailed write-ups and timely estimates for repairs.
• Schedule work and process retail, warranty, and internal orders.
• Maintain customer communication and manage relationships with manufacturers.
• Monitor profitability, labor efficiency and pricing strategies.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise service personnel; escalate as needed.
