Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 1+ years of leadership or cross-functional project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
• Familiarity with Python and Linux.
• Experience with test automation and electronics test equipment.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of MFG Test Engineers across electrical, software, and mechanical test domains.
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for manufacturing test systems for rapid transition to full-rate production.
• Champion Design for Testability with cross-functional teams to integrate robust manufacturing testing from early design.
• Oversee CAPEX budgeting for test tooling and equipment, procurement, deployment to meet production goals.
• Serve as escalation point for complex software/firmware, electrical, and mechanical issues on test systems.
• Analyze test system data to monitor station health and address inefficiencies.
• Lead RCCA investigations for production test failures with Design and Quality teams.
• Ensure operational readiness of all test equipment through maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Drive cross-functional projects to stand up new test capabilities and integrate into production flow.
