Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager for the EW Manufacturing Team to oversee production-test systems across multiple defense hardware products. Lead an experienced engineering group, drive test automation, data analytics, and scalable test strategies from preproduction to full-rate production, while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Minimum of 2+ years as a people manager
Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabView, or other test automation.
Experience with PCBA testing and testing standards.
Proficiency with test equipment and TES/MES/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess team outcomes.
Oversee and improve the manufacturing test strategy for each product to scale operations from pre‑production to full output.
Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for design testability and production integration.
Strategize and implement advancements in manufacturing testing focusing on automation and efficiency.
Maintain test capabilities across products from system checkouts to component level validation.
