Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for test systems across our autonomous aircraft, cruise missiles, and loitering munitions.

You will set the test strategy, develop production test fixtures and automation, and partner with design, quality, operations, and supply chain to align test capability with development timelines and rate production.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary test team across hardware, software, firmware, and electrical domains.
• Deep experience in production test system design and deployment for electronics.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing test strategy from board-level to full system acceptance testing.
• Develop and deploy production test systems, fixtures, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, ops, and supply chain daily.
• Establish and maintain test engineering standards and documentation.
• Drive test automation to boost throughput and test coverage.
• Manage test equipment roadmap, calibration, and lifecycle.
