Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS) is hiring a Manufacturing Technician III Lead to guide the technician team and support complex production. You will work with operations and engineering in a fast-paced startup environment, combining hands-on manufacturing expertise with strong leadership to ensure quality and efficiency across the floor.

The role requires IPC-610 soldering mastery, electromechanical troubleshooting, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring technicians.
• Expert knowledge of IPC-610 soldering standards.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex assemblies.
• Strong decision making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing technicians, building a collaborative team culture.
• Coordinate daily production, align with schedules and priorities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure material readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to improve flow.
• Create visuals for planning and management reporting.
• Mentor technicians and support performance reviews.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement on the floor.
• Perform hands‑on soldering, assembly, testing and inspection.
