Precision Power Solutions (PPS), a division of EnerSys, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III in Largo, FL to support the production of complex power systems.

The role involves soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes, reading schematics, and collaborating with operations and engineering in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate excels at hands-on work and problem‑solving.

Formación

• Must have technical toolkit and soldering expertise.
• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes and released products.
• Assist in creating SOPs, test procedures, and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, perform rework and repair.
• Calibrate equipment as needed and support continuous improvement.

Associate degree in a technical discipline
