Job summary

Great Oaks is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to support Filling operations on the production floor. The role leads complex filling batch activities, serves as a technical resource for the team, and ensures accurate GMP documentation and compliance.

You will mentor technicians, train on assigned equipment, support lean initiatives, and participate in audits and CAPA investigations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or cGMP manufacturing.
• Experience with regulatory expectations and quality systems (deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections).
• Ability to train others and support audits/reg inspections.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced production floor with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor process execution on the production floor.
• Serve as technical resource; resolve complex production issues.
• Provide support to production and mechanical technicians.
• Document batch records and GMP entries on the production floor.
• Manage inventory control and reconciliation using SAP.
• Operate filling equipment; perform start-up and cleaning.
• Participate in 5S and CI initiatives.
• Lead training and on-the-job coaching.
