Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join our process execution team on the filling floor. The role supports various controlled areas, operates filling equipment, conducts in-process monitoring, and ensures accurate batch records in a cGMP environment.

Overtime may be required to meet business needs. The position reports to a PET Supervisor/Manager and requires strong attention to detail, solid record-keeping, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand/read/write/communicate in English.
• Good attention to detail is required.
• Capable of keeping accurate records and performing mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and assist in-line operations with materials.
• Perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, and batch record entries in accordance with cGMPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe cGMP environment and assist with cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist lean activities (5S, SMED) and support process improvement initiatives.
• Start up and minor adjustments to machinery; input data into SCADA/HMI when required.
