Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV to lead a team in complex aseptic manufacturing operations for biopharma products. You will handle equipment prep, filling, lyophilization, and packaging while maintaining strict GMP compliance and safety guidelines.

You will train and mentor junior staff, ensure accurate documentation, and troubleshoot equipment and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4+ years of cGMP pharmaceutical experience.
• 4+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and fill finish experience.
• Experience in reviewing and creating controlled documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintain weekly/daily schedule up to date and provide direction to team.
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling and labeling of vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Assembles, disassembles and operates aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Ensures production documentation is accurate and compliant with SOPs and MBRs.
