Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise complex filling batch activities on the production floor and act as a technical resource for the team.

You will review documentation, ensure GMP compliance, and support maintenance, inventory, and lean initiatives while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the United States.

Competenze

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/cGMP manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and quality systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate complex technical information in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and monitor process execution on the production floor.
• Resolve complex production-related issues including batch setup, documentation, and equipment operations.
• Provide support to production and mechanical technicians.
