Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise inspection floor activities and serve as a technical resource among engineers and technicians. You will lead complex inspection tasks, ensure qualification maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Process Facilitators and Engineers.

The role requires strong experience in pharmaceutical/gmp manufacturing, leading teams on the floor, and maintaining strict documentation and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech cGMP manufacturing and leading floor operations.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes, documentation practices and investigation support.
• Experience with SAP and quality systems used on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor inspection process activities to support floor operations and qualification.
• Perform advanced batch record and GMP documentation entries and guide teammates on accuracy.
• Maintain certifications and provide on-the-job training; support CAPA, deviations and SOP revisions.
