Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to oversee filling operations on the production floor in Ohio. The role acts as a technical resource, reviews GMP documentation, and resolves complex production issues, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing, strong cGMP knowledge, and is capable of training peers while supporting lean initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position in West Chester, OH.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or cGMP manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems including deviations, CAPAs, audits.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate technical information in English.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to review critical documentation.
• Experience supporting investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor process execution on the production floor.
• Provide guidance to technicians and resolve complex production issues.
• Perform batch records and GMP documentation review.
• Train and support team members; act as OJT trainer.
• Participate in lean activities and daily tier meetings.
