Job summary

Liberty Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility to lead a manufacturing team, optimize production metrics, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role reports to the Plant Superintendent and requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience; weekend/holiday work may be required. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory, team lead, and / or project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Operations Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in production, guiding teams to meet KPIs.
• Oversee safety programs and conduct regular safety huddles.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage overtime usage to optimize labor.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives across the plant.
• Coach and develop staff, providing timely feedback and training.
