Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformance related to product, processes or the quality systems.
• Take action to prevent non-conformities related to the product produced, services provided or the ISO 9001:2015 management system.
• Make suggestions for improvement and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Know the location of and understand their control plans, work instruction and specification.
