Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of production employees directly or through Team-leaders.
• Maintains team boards with up-to-date metrics and clear communication.
• Disciplines staff per company policies re attendance and conduct.
• Coordinates production with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Maintenance.
• Supports safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
