Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, champion safety, quality, and efficiency across our Asheville, NC site. You will guide a team, manage policies, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and company standards.

You’ll monitor performance, analyze production data in SAP, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and drive continuous improvement to sustain gains. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or 5+ years overall are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or production supervision, or 5+ years total experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong safety, quality, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and ensure goals are met.
• Lead safety, quality and productivity initiatives.
• Manage timecards and ensure proper payroll coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize production schedules.
