The role requires 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing or a related regulated environment, with strong skills in cGMP, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline with 3+ years of manufacturing experience; or an Associate degree with equivalent manufacturing experience and leadership experience.
• 4+ years leading, supervising, or managing employees in manufacturing/regulatory environments.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations on both day and night shift to achieve production schedules, quality targets, and customer commitments while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, and support team members through performance management and training to build a high-performing workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation, batch records, and reports to support timely product release and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support new products/equipment.
• Lead investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections while promoting safety and accountability.
