Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Management, or other Supply Chain related studies.
- Relevant quality or manufacturing engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead generator qualifications from inception to closure.
- Create qualification standards aligned with Global Supply Chain and Engineering.
- Attend/Facilitate Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp.
- Foster strong leadership, teamwork, and communication with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement qualification cost-out opportunities.
- Cultivate positive working environment and drive urgency and quality with speed.
