GE Vernova is seeking a hybrid Manufacturing and Quality Engineer as part of the Capital Equipment Excellence team to drive generator qualifications and create robust qualification standards. You will collaborate with Design and Process Engineering to enable capacity ramp and improve quality across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills, with travel up to 10% and eligibility constraints for U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading generator qualifications from inception to closure.
• Create qualification standards aligned with Global Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Attend Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp.
• Foster leadership, teamwork, and communication for quality improvement.
• Identify and implement qualification cost-out opportunities.
• Cultivate positive environment and drive urgency and quality.
