The Capital Equipment Excellence team is responsible for accelerating, with safety, quality, and focus, capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream. The organization consists of 3 workstreams; Fulfilment, Installation, and Qualification; all working together to create Standard Work and Daily Management to enable success.

Job Description

This role will offer excellent exposure to different aspects of the business and require the engineer to wear several hats. This job involves two main elements: 1) Working as a hybrid Manufacturing and Quality engineer to lead and drive qualifications 2) Working inclusively with Design and Material Process Engineering to create robust qualification standards.

What you'll do:

• Leading Generator qualifications from inception to closure
• Creating Qualification standards in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
• Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp
• Fostering strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Identifying and implement qualification cost out opportunities

Salary Range

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
