The candidate will work closely with operators and supervisors, apply standard procedures, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Supervise daily manufacturing line operations to meet production targets and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and direction to production operators and technicians on the shop floor.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to standard work instructions and regulatory compliance.
