Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite engineer in West Chester, PA to act as the primary owner for operator questions and equipment challenges. You will lead daily management to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity, and perform root cause analyses with countermeasures.

The role requires a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background, familiarity with Lean tools, and collaboration with Quality and Maintenance teams to sustain improvements and support new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Lean Manufacturing / Problem Solving tools experience preferred.
• QS and ISO requirements knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns as the primary owner for operator technical questions and challenges.
• Lead daily management to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP).
• Conducts RCCM (root cause & countermeasure) analysis of quality issues.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and repairs of equipment in area of ownership.
• Supports new product development as needed.
