Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process technology, engineering, maintenance, or operations leadership.
• Direct supervisory experience and people leadership.
• Proven track record of leading change and measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable front-end manufacturing operations and drive performance in safety, quality, environmental compliance, production, yield, and cost.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute production plans, improve asset performance, and meet site objectives.
• Develop and mentor Technical Advisors, Engineers and Front-Line Supervisors through coaching and accountability.
• Promote ownership, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the site.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, daily management) and structured problem solving.
• Reduce safety risks, downtime, waste, and recurring issues through sustainable actions.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business results.
• Ensure staffing and safe, timely execution of work to meet production and customer commitments.
