Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 6 months of SAP experience
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits
• Location within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI

Responsibilities

• Proactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and Zero Incident culture.
• Support daily production detrackers to drive to root cause in collaborative environment.
• Drive small projects to completion from the iObeya Tier 2 boards.
• Apply the usage of A3 Problem Solving.
• Co-Coordinate and monitor projects as assigned to schedule to meet close dates.
• Demonstrate understanding and basic capabilities of AutoCAD (2D plant drawings, cell layouts, etc).
• Act as a strong advocate of Lean operating principles and database decision making such as Six Sigma and SPC by obtaining GB (green belt) certification.
• Partner with Area Manufacturing Engineers to achieve department goals, objectives, projects.
