Qualifications

• Associate degree, or 5 years manufacturing experience, or 2.5 years utility experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months of SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise across Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, EHS, and Plant Operations.
• Apply A3 problem solving and Lean principles to drive changes.
• Coordinate and monitor projects to meet close dates and schedules.
• Support daily production detrackers and drive root-cause analysis.
• Prepare for progression toward a four-year degree; reviews are monthly to monitor progress.
