Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to advance the development of composite components for Next Generation engine programs. You will integrate processes, lead cross-functional teams, and drive robust documentation on complex manufacturing projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years in composite manufacturing; US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes for composite hardware.
• US citizen and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience with quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP) is preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, especially Unigraphics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes for composite hardware.
• Lead and provide technical direction to projects with critical business impact.
• Design and develop mold tooling.
• Mentor new engineers and ensure rigorous project documentation.
