Job summary
GE Aerospace in Evendale, Ohio seeks an Advanced Lead Producibility & Manufacturing Engineer to deliver manufacturability guidance for next‑gen jet engine designs. You will be embedded with the design engineering team to ensure tolerances balance performance and producibility while driving manufacturability across a changing product mix.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering, or equivalent; 3 years manufacturing/engineering experience (or 8 years with HS).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided.
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing specs and GE Aerospace quality system.
- Strong influencing, problem‑solving, and communication in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead producibility reviews and align tolerances with process capability and inspection strategies.
- Define datum schemes and fixturing concepts; identify key characteristics and special processes.
- Translate capability data into drawing changes and inspection plans; support PPAP/FAI.
- Collaborate with internal factories and suppliers to close the loop between design intent and process capability.
