Job summary

Azar International Inc is seeking a driven Manufacturing Production Assembly Supervisor to lead our Kingston, PA team on the production floor. You will supervise daily assembly operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety across shifts.

This role requires 2+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, strong knowledge of lean assembly processes, and a proven ability to mentor staff while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, and production workflows.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production assembly operations to meet output targets and deadlines
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing processes
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line employees to maintain high performance standards
• Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and management teams to optimize assembly processes
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics
